WHO ATTENDS OUR PROGRAMS?
Our program enrolls students who present with a wide range of difficulties in the areas of emotional, behavioral, social, and academic functioning.
Diagnostic indicators common for students enrolled in our programs include mood instability, attention deficit / hyperactivity, anxiety, depression, school avoidance, behavioral dyscontrol, and oppositional behavior.
Our students' academic abilities range from superior to below average.
Students from our surrounding region are eligible for admission through our referral process
HOW DOES A STUDENT QUALIFY FOR THIS PROGRAM?
Students are referred to our programs through their individual school's special education placement process.
Our Admissions Team reviews all applications for possible placement.
WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED FOR THE APPLICATION PROCESS?
The sending district can either call or email our principal for the proper documents.
The referral application begins the process and includes specific documents which will be submitted to support the application.
WHEN ARE THE PROGRAMS IN SESSION?
We are a school within the Auburn School Department, and we follow the school calendar
175 School Days
Extended school year(ESY) programming is available for students
School day: 8:00 am -2:00 pm
Average 18 Months enrollment. (Diagnostic to 2 years)
HOW IS OUR APPROACH TO STUDENT SUCCESS DIFFERENT?
We are a Regional Special Purpose Day School that provides students with educational, emotional and/or behavioral supports.
All staff are Special Education Trained / Certified or Licensed
Class size is generally five (5) students with two (2) teaching staff members(including Educational Technicians)
We are a small school consisting of a maximum of 40 students in elementary, middle, and secondary level classrooms.
Our programs provide onsite Clinical Social Work support services, support groups and individual work with students and families.

school and community resources to enable students to benefit positively from their experience.
